Electrics Pack with lights socket and sensor lights supplied. Customer provided the Laminated floor and we fitted for free as part of our service. The windows are UPVC Anthracite outer/white inner French doors with side glass fixed panels and a high level opening window. The roof is black PVC coated steel and black trims to match. We chose the white gutters and down pipe to blend with the light grey cladding. We added a decking step while customer waits for paving to be completed.
